Linear mode


Analogue and digital television, live-streaming, web-casting provided by a media organization for simultaneous viewing of programmes on the basis of a programme schedule as oppose to non-linear which refers to on-demand services (services provided at the moment chosen by the user, at the user’s request, on the basis of a catalogue of programmes proposed by the media organization).
